1. Scope
Business relations between the customer and AMBER KG shall be governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions as amended at the time of conclusion of the contract.
2. Contract conclusion
The provisions of these GTC apply to purchase orders placed by consumers via the online shop of AMBER KG at www.ambervienna.com. A contract shall be concluded through an offer by the customer and acceptance thereof by AMBER KG. The customer’s offer shall be made by transmission of a fully completed order form as provided by AMBER KG on the website. AMBER KG shall confirm receipt of the purchase order by transmitting confirmation by email to the customer. This automated order confirmation shall not constitute acceptance of the offer, but shall merely provide notice of receipt of the purchase order. Acceptance of the offer shall be effected only by dispatch of the ordered products to the customer. The goods presented in the online shop at www.ambervienna.com shall not constitute legally binding offers of AMBER KG.
3. Prices and payment methods
Statutory value-added tax is included in the prices stated. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be incurred additionally.
In the event of a purchase outside the EU, the price must be paid without value-added tax. During completion of the shipping form, the value-added tax shall be deducted from the price automatically.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases, for which the seller shall not be responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g. transfer charges, exchange fees) or legal import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
The following payment options are available to consumers:

4. Delivery and shipping terms
Goods ordered shall be processed and subsequently delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding postal time) after receipt of the purchase order. Goods shall be shipped to the delivery address given by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
In the event of collection by the customer, the collection date must be communicated in advance in writing by email to ambervienna@hotmail.com.
5. Retention of title
AMBER KG shall retain full title to the goods delivered until payment in full of the purchase price and the shipping costs.
6. Transfer of risk
The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods shall remain with the seller until the goods are handed over and shall pass to the consumer upon handover.
7. Warranty
If the purchased item is defective, statutory warranty regulations shall apply.
8. Applicable law
All contracts between AMBER KG and a customer shall be governed exclusively by Austrian substantive law.
9. Complaints procedure
